The SEO agency said it was ready. No quantified risk score. No structured evidence review. An opinion dressed as a plan.
The developer said the redirects were done. No independent validation. No crawl audit against the source domain.
The CMO approved the date. No data on peak season risk. No baseline established. No rollback criteria defined.
Three months later, organic sessions are down 60%. Now it costs 10× more to diagnose and recover than the decision report would have cost.
We apply a structured evidence review to your site's SEO, technical, and authority data. We compute a Quantitative Evidence Score. We produce a formal decision report with a clear recommendation: proceed, phase, pilot, or stop.
"We don't tell you how to migrate. We tell you whether it's safe to migrate — and exactly what would make it safer."
We don't optimise rankings. We assess migration risk and produce a decision document — before any URL changes hands.
Software can't evaluate context, authority risk, or execution readiness. Every case is reviewed by a human analyst with migration experience.
We don't implement migrations. We have no incentive to say "yes" to a migration that should be a "no." Our independence is the product.
Every Omega Architect report includes these seven components — generated from your evidence, reviewed by your analyst, and delivered as a formal PDF decision document.
Omega Architect makes economic sense when the cost of a migration failure exceeds the cost of the decision report by a factor of 10 or more. That threshold is crossed at €5K/month in organic-dependent revenue.
No retainers. No hourly billing. No hidden scoping fees. The price reflects the complexity and revenue risk of your migration — set at submission.
All prices exclude VAT where applicable. Portuguese entities billed under NIF with IVA at standard rate.
Urgent Priority cases (same-business-day) available at €2,490 by direct request.
Complete a single structured form covering your site, revenue exposure, migration scope, and technical readiness. Takes 8–12 minutes. You upload supporting data files at your own pace via a secure link sent immediately after submission.
A dedicated analyst reviews your evidence against 28 risk factors — revenue dependency, authority signals, technical health, redirect readiness, execution readiness, and data quality. The decision engine computes a confidence score. The analyst validates and issues the final call.
A formal PDF decision report is delivered to your inbox. It contains the gate recommendation (BLOCK / EXECUTE / PHASED), the confidence score, a risk matrix scaled to your revenue, a migration strategy, pre-defined KPIs, and rollback criteria. One document. Every answer you need before the migration starts.
"We are not the team that migrates your site.
We are the decision that precedes the team that migrates your site."
Your developer implements. Your agency executes. We tell you whether it is safe to proceed — and exactly what would need to change for it to be. One submission. One decision. No back-and-forth.

What is the QES and how is it calculated?
The Quantitative Evidence Score is a 0–95% confidence index computed from 28 factors across domain authority, historical data quality, Core Web Vitals, backlink profile, technical health, redirect readiness, staging environment, team readiness, and evidence completeness. It is engine-generated and analyst-validated — not a subjective rating.
What happens if the decision is BLOCK?
A BLOCK recommendation means migration should not proceed in its current state. The report identifies the specific blockers, the mitigation path for each, and the conditions under which a re-assessment would likely produce a different outcome. You can resubmit after resolving blockers.
How long does the process take?
Core cases: 72–96 hours after all evidence is submitted. Standard: 48–72 hours. Priority: 24 hours. The clock starts when your evidence upload is complete — not at submission.
Do I need to have all evidence files ready to submit?
No. You submit the intake form first, then upload evidence files via a secure link at your own pace. Missing evidence reduces QES confidence and is noted in the report. We recommend submitting the case first and assembling evidence in parallel.
Is this a retainer or ongoing service?
No. Each case is a single, fixed-fee engagement. There are no retainers, monthly fees, or subscriptions. You pay once, per migration decision.
What types of migrations do you cover?
Domain changes, platform migrations (e.g. Magento → Shopify), site redesigns with URL restructures, HTTP → HTTPS migrations, subdomain consolidations, and international domain merges. If it moves URLs and you have organic traffic worth protecting, we can assess it.
Can you implement the migration for us?
No. We only produce the decision document. We have no implementation capability and no financial incentive to recommend you proceed. Our independence is the value — a migration agency has every incentive to say "yes" regardless of risk.
What if we need a decision fast — same day?
Priority tier (€1,990) is designed for 24-hour turnaround. For same-business-day cases (€2,490), contact us directly before submitting so we can confirm analyst availability.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Standard NDA available on request before submission. For enterprise clients, we review mutual NDAs. Evidence files are stored in encrypted, access-controlled storage and deleted after report delivery unless you request retention.
What if the migration already happened and we're in recovery?
Submit the case and select your migration type. Note in the context field that the migration is complete and you need a post-migration assessment. We adjust the report structure to focus on recovery diagnosis rather than go/no-go recommendation.
